As the President of the Florida Morticians Association, I extend to you our supporters and well wishers a warm welcome.  Thank you for visiting our website and exploring the elements of our organization.  In 1924, our prestigious association was well structured and has stood through many revolutionary changes in our industry.

A solid foundation has allowed us to have a Chairman of the Board, Executive Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary and Convention Coordinator to help facilitate the functions of our operation.

Scholarships are given annually to mortuary students to assist in their educational pursuit (click our scholarship link):  please apply.

We are preparing now for our 92nd Annual Convention to take place in the beautiful city of Ft. Lauderdale.  Further details will be posted at a later time.  Lots of education and empowerment sessions are being planned.

One of the components the FMA is to maintain a membership of Licensed Funeral Directors and Embalmers and if you are interested in joining our professional association please click on our membership link to download an application.

Please take a moment to view our website in its entirety.  If there are additional questions regarding our organization, please feel free to contact our executive office.
